But along the way, we shall catch excellence.” — Vince Lombardi MyAdvice is hiring a Technical Search Team Lead to lead our technical SEO function.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is just as comfortable with technical SEO strategy as they are guiding a team, improving workflows, and leading client conversations.
In this role, you will oversee technical search execution across a portfolio of clients, manage offshore team workflows, support client-facing strategy calls, and help keep work on track and up to standard. You will monitor the impact of technical efforts across client campaigns.
You will pay close attention to how AI changes search and how we can change with it. You will also play a key role in helping the team test and adopt smarter ways of working with AI.
You will be the subject matter expert on search optimization. The role reports to the Search Manager, who has oversight of the broader search strategy across technical SEO and content.
