Rivian is on a mission to keep the world adventurous forever. This goes for the emissions-free Electric Adventure Vehicles we build, and the curious, courageous souls we seek to attract.
As a company, we constantly challenge what’s possible, never simply accepting what has always been done. We reframe old problems, seek new solutions and operate comfortably in areas that are unknown. Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations.
This is a Recruiter position for the Service and Sales organization, who is a high-impact individual contributor designed as a talent advisor, acting as the primary bridge between Rivian’s high-touch Service teams and our evolving Sales and Customer operations. Our Service and Sales professionals are the face of the brand; this Recruiter will deeply understand the unique competencies required for these customer-facing roles while translating complex headcount needs into high-velocity hiring strategies. As a Recruiter, you will establish a sophisticated, data-driven recruiting engine that moves beyond simple fulfillment, focusing instead on building a robust feedback loop with leadership to refine success profiles and interview standards. By leveraging AI-assisted sourcing and structured evaluation, this role will drive the expansion of our commercial footprint, ultimately ensuring that our market growth is fueled by the top 1% of talent in the industry.
The salary range for this role is USD $40-$50. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, and organizational needs.
